Job Description

»What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and
    revenue streams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Marketing Heads, etc.) in target companies.
  • Develop, customize, and present impactful proposals and pitch decks to potential clients.
  • Strategically upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to closure—with timely
    follow-ups and reporting.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals, and client feedback in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings through research and networking.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

»What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
    (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or tech industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present to senior executives confidently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
