»What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and
revenue streams. - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Marketing Heads, etc.) in target companies.
- Develop, customize, and present impactful proposals and pitch decks to potential clients.
- Strategically upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery capabilities.
- Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to closure—with timely
follow-ups and reporting. - Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals, and client feedback in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings through research and networking.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
»What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
(preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or tech industries). - Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present to senior executives confidently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
